Refunds are available for products and services purchased directly from Alza Technologies that meet the following criteria:
The product or service was purchased within the past 30 days.
The product is unopened and in its original condition.
The product was not a special order or custom-configured item.
The product was not purchased during a promotional or sale event.
The service has not been fully used or consumed.

Once your refund request has been received and reviewed, our team will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
