Refund Policy

At Alza Technologies, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make it right. Our Refund Policy entails the process:

 
Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are available for products and services purchased directly from Alza Technologies that meet the following criteria:

The product or service was purchased within the past 30 days.

The product is unopened and in its original condition.

The product was not a special order or custom-configured item.

The product was not purchased during a promotional or sale event.

The service has not been fully used or consumed.

 
Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. You will be asked to provide the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Reason for the refund request
  4. Proof of purchase

Once your refund request has been received and reviewed, our team will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

 
Exceptions to the Refund Policy:

In some cases, Alza Technologies may not be able to issue a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, the following circumstances:

  1. The product has been opened or used.
  2. The product has been damaged after delivery.
  3. The product was purchased more than [30/60/90] days ago.
  4. The product was a special order or custom-configured item.
  5. The service has been fully used or consumed.

In these instances, Alza Technologies may offer a replacement product or a store credit at its discretion.
